Shipping Policy – What Calls the Heart

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or Canada Post, depending on destination and package size.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • U.S. Domestic Orders

    • USPS First Class: 3–5 business days

    • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

    • UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

  • Canadian Orders

    • Canada Post Expedited: 3–7 business days

    • USPS/UPS Cross-Border: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping destination, and selected delivery method.

  • Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly displayed and automatically applied at checkout.

  • All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.


5. International Shipping (Outside U.S. & Canada)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is lost or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at whatcallstheheart@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
We cannot reroute or replace packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
